Simply pick a date and time that works for you, and we'll reserve a courtesy car for your use (subject to availability - book early to avoid disappointment!). Next, swing by the Jim Reid Service Centre at the agreed time, hand over your keys (don't forget your driving licence if you’ve booked a loan car), and you're free to get on with your day. 

We'll keep you in the loop if we spot anything that needs attention, giving you clear costs and collection times. When we’re done, we’ll give you a call to come and pick up your car and return the loan car (just top up the fuel you've used), and we'll talk you through everything we've done. 

Pay by card for the work completed, and you're good to go! Plus, we'll add you to our reminder system so you'll never miss a service again.
