Simply call 01467 634001Â or email our [email protected] and get your car booked in. Please have your Registration Number , current mileage and service history at hand.
Book with our with a FREE Loan Car for a suitable date and time for drop off, leave your best contact details and leave the rest with us.
Simply turn up on the date and time agreed, drop off your car with our Service Centre Team, collect your loan car ( remember your driving licence ) and away you go. During the day one of our Team will contact you and update you in the event it requires any extra parts or repairs and will advise you of the cost and the collection time.
Return the FREE loan car replacing the fuel that you have used , our Receptionist will explain your invoice and answer any questions you will have before you make your final payment with credit or debit card.
We will then add you to our Service & MOT reminder system so you will never miss a service again!

We hate jargon just as much as you do, that’s why our Service Centre staff won’t use any motor trade language when explaining the work that has been carried out on your car, OR when showing you what (if anything) is required for repair or replacement.
Before collecting your car from our Service Centre you will receive a full explanation of the work that has been carried out. You will also receive ‘real world’ advice around any potential issues we have found and how to continue to look after your car. You will also receive a detailed breakdown of the invoice. We are not here to sell to you, we are here to offer you top quality advice because we know that ‘The Experience is Everything’.
Where available, we always use Original Equipment parts (OE Parts) and top quality Fully Synthetic Castrol Oil, carefully selecting the correct specification to ensure that your car does not breach your manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions (where applicable).
Castrol Oils :- We stock a minimum of 12 different fully synthetic engine oils to ensure the correct oil is used for your vehicle. Each oil has different additives specifically tailored to your vehicle manufacturer’s specification to ensure that the service your vehicle is receiving is second to none!
All our Service and Repair work carries a minimum 3 months or 3,000 miles guarantee against failure. All parts we supply will come with a manufacturer’s guarantee against failure, this will vary with each manufacturer, please ask for confirmation.
