Extremely Warm Welcome

We have had a recurring problem on our Fiat 500 for the past year and got in touch with Jim and his team in one final attempt to rectify.
Service couldn't have been better. On drop off we were offered an extremely warm welcome from Robert (who was great throughout the day) and were promptly given our hire car which was immaculate inside and out.
We received a call later in the day to let us know each step of the process they went through and their recommended diagnosis and repair which we went ahead with.
On collection of the car, we were again fully briefed on what work had been carried out and why they had done this. Robert really knows his stuff. They seem to have gotten to the bottom of the problem, something which the previous three garages we had visited hadn't managed to do.
Finally, I was shocked to see that they had also cleaned and hoovered our car for us. A really nice touch and totally unexpected.
Our MOT & Service is due next month and there is no doubt in my mind who I will be trusting to carry out of the work.
